The Classic hot yoga series encompasses a total of 26 carefully selected postures and incorporates 2 dedicated breathing exercises, all of which are performed within a heated room.
YTB Yoga represents a contemporary approach to the traditional 26+2 hot yoga practice. We seamlessly blend breath and movement, emphasize mastery through repeated poses, and introduce core-focused elements. YTB Yoga is designed to cater to all body types, offering a well-rounded practice that integrates key elements from the classic 26+2 series, Pilates core exercises, strength training, and balance work, all within a comfortably heated environment.
This advanced program comprises a Beginner Class consisting of 26 yoga postures, as well as pranayama, and an additional 58 challenging yoga poses. The sequence incorporates both the Sun and Moon salutations, the Awkward Pose series, a variety of standing postures, followed by supine and prone yoga poses designed to both extend and compress the spine. Several of these poses involve deep backbends.
The traditional 90-minute hot yoga practice, known as "CLassic 26+2," has been transformed into a dynamic and demanding 1-hour sequence. In this class, we maintain the essence of the original by repeating most poses twice, with a few exceptions. Additionally, some poses are seamlessly integrated to maximize the efficiency of your practice. This condensed format is suitable for all students, especially those with busy schedules. You will definitely work up a sweat in our heated environment.
This class draws inspiration from Mary Jarvis' groundbreaking and transformative practice. The series serves as a valuable complement to any Hatha Yoga routine. It encompasses specific yoga postures and body techniques, collectively forming a comprehensive Yoga Conditioning Series. Importantly, this class is inclusive and suitable for practitioners of all levels. It's an extraordinary series designed to enhance your physical well-being.
In our vinyasa classes, we invite you to delve into the beautiful fusion of grace and strength, creating a harmonious experience that enables your body to explore its full range of motion. These open-level vinyasa flow sessions are thoughtfully designed to place a special emphasis on the fundamental elements of yoga: Pranayama, Asanas, and Concentration.
